Terms of Service

SECTION 1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

SECTION 2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

• 2.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to VPS service, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for services in accordance with the selected tariff.
• 2.2. The service is considered provided at the moment the access key is provided to the Buyer, regardless of the fact of its use.
• 2.3. The agreement is concluded remotely by paying for services through payment systems available in the Seller's Telegram bot.
• 2.4. The agreement enters into force from the moment funds are received to the Seller's account or its payment partner.

SECTION 3. TARIFFS AND PAYMENT

3.1. Service Pricing:

• 1 month — 249 rubles
• 3 months — 699 rubles
• 6 months — 1299 rubles
• 12 months — 2499 rubles

3.2. The Seller has the right to change tariff prices. Changes take effect from the moment of publication in the Telegram bot and apply only to new subscriptions.

3.3. Payment is made in Russian rubles by the following methods:

• Bank card
• Fast Payment System (FPS)
• SberPay
• T-Pay (Tinkoff Pay)

3.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of payment data.

3.5. Automatic Renewal:

• 3.5.1. All subscriptions operate with automatic renewal. 24 hours before the end of the paid period, the system automatically charges the cost of the next period.
• 3.5.2. The Buyer can disable auto-renewal in the Telegram bot settings or through customer support no later than 24 hours before the charge date.
• 3.5.3. Disabling auto-renewal is not grounds for a refund for the current period.

SECTION 4. TRIAL PERIOD

• 4.1. The Seller provides new buyers with a trial period — free access for 24 hours.
• 4.2. The trial period is available once for each buyer.
• 4.3. Creating multiple accounts to receive repeated trial periods is prohibited.
• 4.4. After the trial period ends, access is automatically blocked.
• 4.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to provide a trial period without explanation.

SECTION 5. SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS

5.1. The Seller undertakes to:

• provide access to services after payment confirmation;
• ensure the operability of VPS servers within technical capabilities;
• process the Buyer's personal data in accordance with Russian legislation;
• provide technical support.

5.2. The Seller has the right to:

• change the terms of the Agreement with publication of a new edition;
• conduct technical work that temporarily limits access;
• change the list of available servers;
• block access in case of violation of terms of use;
• request information to verify compliance with the terms of the Agreement.

5.3. The Seller is not responsible for:

• inability to access individual sites and applications;
• blocks by government agencies, providers, telecom operators;
• quality of the Buyer's internet connection;
• actions of third parties;
• content of sites accessible through VPS;
• Buyer's actions on the network.

SECTION 6. BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

6.1. The Buyer has the right to:

• use services on 3 devices simultaneously;
• contact technical support;
• disable subscription auto-renewal;
• request a refund in cases provided for in Section 7.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

• use services only for lawful purposes;
• not transfer the access key to third parties;
• not use services on more than 3 devices simultaneously;
• not use torrent clients and P2P networks;
• not distribute spam, malware, viruses;
• not conduct attacks on servers and networks of third parties;
• not engage in fraud and phishing;
• maintain proper communication with customer support;
• provide accurate data when making payments.

6.3. The Buyer confirms that:

• has reached the age of 18;
• has read the terms of the Agreement before payment;
• understands that all actions performed using their access key are considered their actions;
• bears full responsibility for the security of the access key.

6.4. Use of services is prohibited for:

• violation of Russian legislation and international law;
• distribution of prohibited content;
• copyright infringement;
• port scanning, password guessing, hacking;
• DDoS attacks and other attacks on third-party resources;
• downloading and distributing files via torrents;
• sale or commercial use of access.

SECTION 7. REFUND

7.1. General Provisions

• 7.1.1. Registration and payment of subscription means the Buyer's agreement that the Seller provides services of proper quality.
• 7.1.2. The Buyer has no right to refuse paid services of proper quality that have individually defined properties.
• 7.1.3. The Buyer has no right to refuse paid services of proper quality in case of technical problems or other actions arising on the side of the Buyer's internet provider or in the internet network of the Buyer's region of residence.
• 7.1.4. The Buyer has no right to refuse paid services of proper quality in case of absence of timely cancellation of auto-renewal by the Buyer in Telegram bot settings or by contacting technical support at https://t.me/piplvpn_support
• 7.1.5. Refund is made only to the payment instrument from which the payment was made.

7.2. Grounds for Refusal of Refund

Refund is NOT provided in the following cases:

• 7.2.1. Services provided are of proper quality — the Buyer received a working access key and had the opportunity to use the services.
• 7.2.2. Services are unavailable due to blocking by Roskomnadzor, provider or government agencies.
• 7.2.3. The Buyer is located in a country with internet censorship (China, Turkmenistan, Iran, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.).
• 7.2.4. Violation of terms of use detected: use on more than 3 devices, torrents, transfer of access to third parties.
• 7.2.5. The Buyer did not disable auto-renewal in advance (at least 24 hours before the charge).
• 7.2.6. Problems are caused by technical features of the Buyer's device or network, while services work on other devices.
• 7.2.7. The Buyer used the trial period, made sure it works, paid for subscription and requested a refund.

7.3. Refund Procedure

7.3.1. All claims regarding service quality should be sent by the Buyer to technical support:

7.3.2. The claim must contain:

• date and time of payment;
• payment amount;
• last 4 digits of card;
• screenshot of receipt;
• description of the problem.

7.3.3. Claim review — up to 10 business days.

7.3.4. In case of positive decision, funds crediting — from 3 to 14 business days (depends on the bank).

7.3.5. The Seller is not responsible for delays from banks and payment systems.

SECTION 8. TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS

8.1. Services are provided on an "as is" basis. The Seller does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted 24/7 operation;
• availability from any location in the world;
• operation with any sites and applications;
• specific connection speed.

8.2. Speed depends on: server load, Buyer's internet quality, distance from server, time of day.

8.3. The Seller does not guarantee bypassing blocks of streaming platforms (Netflix, YouTube Premium, etc.).

8.4. In countries with internet censorship, services may work unstably or be unavailable. This is not grounds for a refund.

8.5. The Seller has the right to conduct technical work that temporarily limits access.

8.6. The Seller is not responsible for any losses arising from the use or inability to use the services.

SECTION 9. CONFIDENTIALITY

9.1. The Seller does not keep logs of buyer activity. Not saved:

• history of visited sites;
• traffic content;
• DNS queries;
• session timestamps.

9.2. Minimal technical data is collected:

• fact of authorization;
• total traffic volume (for load balancing);
• device type and application version (for diagnostics).

9.3. Payment data is processed by third-party payment systems. The Seller does not have access to bank card data.

SECTION 10. FORCE MAJEURE

10.1. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances:

• military actions;
• natural disasters;
• changes in legislation;
• mass blockings;
• internet shutdown in the region.

10.2. In case of force majeure lasting more than 60 days, either Party has the right to terminate the Agreement.

SECTION 11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• 11.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations.
• 11.2. The Buyer must send a claim to support@piplvpn.com and wait for a response within 30 calendar days.
• 11.3. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to court at the Seller's location in accordance with Russian legislation.

SECTION 12. CHANGES TO TERMS

• 12.1. The Seller has the right to change the terms of the Agreement at any time.
• 12.2. The new version is published in the Telegram bot and takes effect from the moment of publication.
• 12.3. Changes do not apply to active subscriptions.
• 12.4. Continued use of services after publication of the new version means agreement with the changes.

SECTION 13. FINAL PROVISIONS

• 13.1. The Agreement is made in English language.
• 13.2. If any provision of the Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions continue to be in effect.
• 13.3. Inaction of the Seller in case of violation of terms by the Buyer does not mean waiver of the right to protect their rights in the future.
